Most probably you’ve already heard how important gratitude is. It helps you focus on the things that you love in your life and the things you want more of. But it is most important to be grateful to yourself, as this helps you express real gratitude for everything else.

Gratitude is absolutely key for you to have success in any area of your life. Why? There are many reasons, but let me share the 2 most important of them.

First, as we spoke in Day 6 of our 30 days of live videos, what you focus on is literally forming your reality. And this is scientifically proven. See the video from Day 6 here for more details.

So your focus is one of the most important things in your life. And gratitude helps you focus on the things that you want, the things that you love, the things that you feel deep respect and joy for in your life. These are the things that you want more of, the things that you want to enhance and grow. And what you focus on, grows. This is how gratitude helps you create your reality and achieve what you want in a pleasant and easy way.

The second reason gratitude is key for your success is that gratitude is an essential part of love. You cannot love anything or anyone without being grateful to them.

And as we already showed you, you cannot love anyone or anything, if you do not love yourself first.

In the same way, if you want to be truly grateful, you need to be grateful to yourself first.

Self-gratitude is most probably the hardest gratitude, because we are conditioned since very early age that we are not good enough, that we do not deserve nice things, that we are never doing or being enough. So what is there to thank ourselves for?

But there are actually so many wonderful things hiding inside of you to be grateful for.
