How to use affirmations effectively

Maybe you’ve heard about affirmations, and how they influence your subconscious mind. Maybe you are suspicious and think that they not work. But there are actually a few simple rules, and if you stick to them, you will see results from your affirmations very soon. Watch the video to see how you can easily leverage them to achieve anything you really want.

Affirmations are short specific phrases and sentences that express your intentions. Whatever you want to achieve in your life, put it into words, but in present tense, as if it is already a fact.

The shorter and the more specific your affirmation is, the better. Here are a few examples:

  • I earn $10,000 per month.
  • I completely and truly forgive everyone who has harmed me in the past including myself.
  • My relationship is becoming stronger, deeper, and more stable each day.
  • My business is growing, expanding, and thriving.
  • Each day, I am closer to finding the perfect job for me.
  • I am confident and I stand up for myself.
  • The perfect partner for me is coming into my life sooner than I expect.
  • I am conquering my illness; I am defeating it steadily each day.
  • I am at peace with all that has happened, is happening, and will happen.

It can be anything you want in your life.

Once you formulate it, you can test it. It is important to feel that this is the right affirmation for you, because sometimes our mind wants something different than our soul, but our soul always knows what is best for us is in any given moment.

So try how it feels for 1-2 days. If it does not feel right, tweak it a little bit, change some words, remove something, add something else. Just play with it and test it. Once it is the perfect one for you, it will match and you will feel this for sure. It will feel like a click, like a piece of the puzzle found its right place. You will just know it. Trust yourself. Trust your soul on this one.

Once you have the perfect affirmation for you, not only repeat it every day, but create the emotion, be into it, imagine this is happening in your life right now. How are you feeling when it is a reality? What are your thoughts? What are your emotions? What are your new problems, if you wish? For example, if you want more money, that you will need to manage these money, and this will create some new challenges for you. Imagine these challenges, imagine you are already living this and how you will manage it.

It usually takes 30-90 days for an affirmation to do its work on a subconscious level. At the moment, when the work of the affirmation is done, you will again know it. There will be either a serious change in your mindset and way of thinking, or there will be some type of change in the situation around you, in your physical world.

And once that happens, you can change your affirmation and start with a new one, for another thing that you want in your life.
