Laughter is amazing. As a laughter yoga instructor I have found that laughter is not just wonderful for our health, not just makes stress disappear, but is also a great way to meet new people, express your true self and share your energy with the world.

This can also be used in business, as laughter is the best team building and helps people work together with lightness. Laughter also boosts creativity and productivity, and reduces stress. So it is a wonderful tool that you can use in your office or work place. If you are a business owner, definitely consider including a daily laughter session for your employees.

If you are a freelancer of working for yourself, use laughter to boost your productivity and creativity, laugh with your partners to create more trust and better relations. Share some laughter with your clients, to help them engage with your business and boost their trust in your services and products.

Laughter is a natural expression of our soul, and despite the common opinion, we actually do not need reasons to laugh. We do not need anything outside of us to laugh at. When we wake it up, laughter comes naturally.

This is why in laughter yoga we play some games and imitate laughter in the beginning, to wake up our natural laughter. There is a connection between our body and our brain. When we imitate the emotion with our body, it is created in our brain. After that, you can just laugh without any reason for as long as you want.

And the secret is that if you want to get all the benefits of laughter, you need to laugh for at least 10-15 minutes every day.
