In the last video of our 30 days of live videos we showed you how you can change your energy levels, boost your confidence and release stress, by using only specific hands gestures or the so called mudras. See what mudras are and how to do them in the video.

Mudras are positions of the hands and fingers that influence the energies of the body, as well as your mood, focus and state of mind. In mudras mostly the hands and fingers are used, but the whole body may be part of the mudra as well. You might have seen people do mudras while meditating.

In the video we showed three specific mudras:

1. Prana mudra

Prana is the vital life force within all living things. The Prana mudra has the ability to activate the prana in your body. This is why it is considered to be one of the most important mudras. Do it for 2 minutes every day and it will help you awaken the energy that is within you. You will feel full of vitality and life.

 

2. Vajrapradama Mudra

It is called the ‘gesture of unshakable trust’ and boosts your self-confidence, as well as confidence in others. It is related to your inner strength and can give you more strength in difficult moments. You can use it to release any doubts in yourself, and build a better connection with yourself and others.

 

 

3. Ksepana Mudra

This is the mudra for letting go. It helps you let go of negative emotions and energies, reduce stress and even clear toxins from your body. Whatever you want to remove from your life or let go of, use this mudra to help you.

 

You can use mudras every day, or when you feel you need an energy boost, more confidence, reducing stress, etc. There are many more mudras, and you can look for books and articles about them. You can find mudras for any situation, emotion or anything you wish to change in your life.
